PitchIQ (pitchiq.vercel.app) is a free Fantasy Premier League tools website. It is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or EA Sports.

2. Data We Collect

Browser local storage

Some tools on PitchIQ allow you to enter your FPL Team ID so that your squad can be loaded. If you use this feature, your Team ID and squad data are stored in your browser's local storage — a mechanism that keeps data on your own device only. This data is never transmitted to PitchIQ's servers.

You can clear this data at any time using the "Clear squad" button within the relevant tool, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Server logs

PitchIQ is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect basic server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps as part of normal web server operation. This data is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy. PitchIQ does not have access to or control over this data.

Analytics

PitchIQ does not currently use any analytics platform (such as Google Analytics). If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

PitchIQ does not collect, store, or process:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Account credentials or passwords
• Payment or financial information
• Your precise location
• Any data from children under 13

No account registration is required or offered. You can use all tools anonymously.

4. Cookies & Tracking

PitchIQ itself does not set any first-party cookies.

However, third-party services embedded in PitchIQ — specifically Google AdSense — set their own cookies to serve and measure adverts. These cookies are set by Google, not by PitchIQ, and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Types of cookies used by Google AdSense

• Advertising cookies: Used to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history and interests across websites.
• Measurement cookies: Used to measure ad performance, such as whether an ad was seen or clicked.
• Preference cookies: Used to remember your ad personalisation preferences.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking advertising cookies may mean you see less relevant adverts rather than no adverts.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

PitchIQ uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense is operated by Google LLC. By visiting PitchIQ, you may be shown personalised or non-personalised ads served by Google.

Google AdSense uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Show ads relevant to your interests
• Limit how often you see the same ad
• Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Prevent fraudulent clicks

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, Google will seek your consent before serving personalised ads in accordance with GDPR requirements.

6. Third-Party Services

PitchIQ fetches live data from the following external services. No personal data is sent to these services — only technical requests for game data.

• Fantasy Premier League API (fantasy.premierleague.com) — player stats, fixtures, and team data. Governed by the Premier League Privacy Policy.
• API-Football (api-football.com) — xG and fixture data for the Fixture Ticker's difficulty model. Governed by API-Football's Terms.
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — the DM Sans and Bebas Neue fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may collect your IP address as a result. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (if applicable to you), you have the following rights regarding any personal data processed about you:

• Right of access: You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to object: You can object to processing of your personal data.
• Right to data portability: You can request your data in a portable format.

In practice, because PitchIQ stores no personal data on its servers, most of these rights can be exercised simply by clearing your browser's local storage. For any other requests, please use the contact details below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data rights have been violated.

8. Data Retention

PitchIQ does not retain any personal data. Any data stored in your browser's local storage (such as your FPL Team ID) persists until you clear it yourself, or until you clear your browser data. It never leaves your device.

9. Children's Privacy

PitchIQ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features, introduce analytics, or change advertising providers. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of PitchIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
